Client enquires and schedules a 30 min. Consultation appointment through Contact Us on www.huardinteriors.com. Our Client Questionnaire form will be emailed to prospective client, completed and reviewed by Huard Interiors prior to Consultation appointment to take place over phone or zoom.
A Walkthrough Meeting to visit space in person is typically the next step in our design process. Afterwards, Huard Interiors prepares a customized Design Project Proposal to be reviewed by client and discussed. Upon acceptance, a 50% flat fee would be collected along with signed Letter of Agreement prior to the project commencing.
The fun begins and project kicks off with our onsite Discovery Meeting. Huard Interiors listens to clients needs and desires and takes measurements and collects pictures. The heart of the design starts to take shape. In typically 2-3 weeks Huard Interiors builds the design concept, collects samples and materials and creates a visual presentation for the client.
Huard Interiors arrives onsite for the Conceptual Design Meeting. A presentation of visuals, materials and ideas fills the time along with dialogue and feedback. Additional Material Meetings might be needed to make sure every aspect of the design is to the clients approval and delight.
Once materials are agreed upon, Huard Interiors collects deposits and starts on Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Sourcing.
Delivery, Install and Punch List Meeting are the final steps before client enjoys their newly designed space.
